Limited Warranty

Subject to the limitations set forth below, for a period of 24 months from the date of completion of the work described and specified on the front of your contract (proposal), **RAW Construction and Roofing** will repair or replace any defects in the installed product or workmanship.

**To Validate This Warranty: **

* You must pay the full contract price and provide proof of payment.

* You must retain a copy of the original contract.

**This Limited Warranty Excludes: **

* **Pre-Existing Dry Rot: ** This warranty does not cover repairs or replacements related to pre-existing dry rot conditions unless specifically identified and included in the original contract scope of work. **RAW Construction and Roofing** is not liable for future issues arising from pre-existing dry rot not identified and addressed during the contracted work.

* Any work where **RAW Construction and Roofing** did not supply the materials or where the damage was caused by the impact of foreign objects.

* Any work that was not performed by **RAW Construction and Roofing**, including any acts of omission by other parties, trades, or contractors.

* Damage or defects caused in whole or in part by fire, explosion, flood, acts of God, extreme weather conditions (e.g., hail, wind), misuse, alterations, abuse, vandalism, negligence, or any other similar causes beyond the control of **RAW Construction and Roofing**.

* Normal weathering of surfaces.

* Damage or defects caused by settling, structural movement, or structural defects.

* Damage or defects caused by erosion, cracking, and porosity of mortar and brick.

* Stoppage of roof drains and gutters, unless such stoppage is a result of debris left by **RAW Construction and Roofing**.

* Damage caused by lack of proper maintenance.

* Damage caused by any defects or failure of materials not installed by **RAW Construction and Roofing**.

* Damage relating to the color or other aesthetics of products installed by **RAW Construction and Roofing**, according to applicable manufacturers' installation instructions.

* Damage caused by termites, insects, rodents, or other animals.

* Damage caused by fire or harmful chemicals, oils, acids, and the like that encounter the owner's siding and/or gutters resulting in damage.

**Additional Limitations:**

* This limited warranty is the only express warranty made by **RAW Construction and Roofing** and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.

* This warranty covers only those services provided by **RAW Construction and Roofing** to the original purchaser named on the front of this contract.

* In no event shall **RAW Construction and Roofing** be liable for incidental or consequential damages or damages in excess of the original contract price.

* This warranty may not be altered or extended for any purpose unless done so in writing in a document executed by all parties to this contract.
